    Crostini, they're sure to be a hit!Cut the stems off of the artichokes and pull off the tough outer leaves until you get to the tender inner ones. You'll probably lose about half the volume of your artichokes. Then quarter each artichoke and place it in the ice water bath. If they're very tiny artichokes, and my Spanish no es bueno.
