    I make tabbouleh once in a great while. My husband is originally from Lebanon (51 years ago!) and he grew up with this salad. My recipe is pretty much the same as yours (got it from Ina Garten), ½ teaspoonTabbouleh is basically parsley salad. There's technically no lettuce in it. It's a salad made up of parsley, making one even pass. This is so the parsley doesn't get bruised or wilt and stays light in the salad (you should have about 4 cups).
