A wide range of heirloom potatoes, I plan on using Cushaw in place of acorn squash and will certainly make Cabin Boy's Cushaw. Here in Kentucky this gourd is used quite a lot in outside fall decorations such a shame to see them wasted. For my family Baked Cushaw is a staple at Thanksgiving & Christmas dinners.
