    Not all baker's yeasts are gluten free! When purchasing, I have made this 4 times already. I found it a bit crumbly at first (I may have not cooked it perfectly). I've since started using a muffin tin to make mini-breads and they turned out perfect and are easy to pack in your lunch bag.Sincerely,
