    Just after sending the e-vite for the Cookie Swap, brushing off excess flour. Cut into 4 logs.One of the warmest memories of my childhood would have to be Roselyn's Smiley Face cookies. They were HUGE (probably 5" wide) ovals, Add corn syrup to sauce pan and stir. Add to the mixing bowl above and mix on low speed for 1 minute. Mix in flour. Slowly add water and blend well for approximately 1 minute at medium speed. After flour is mixed in scrape down bowl. Pour batter into prepared baking pan.

    Add powdered sugar to a mixing bowl and then add contents of saucepan. mix on low speed until mixture is smooth. Add evaporated milk in small amounts until desired consistency. Apply to brownies while icing is still hot., too (milk or coffee both go well).This is not a brownie for the faint of heart!
