    I went Gluten Free about 3 years ago, and so easy to make. I especially loved the tomato in the orzo. I'll be making this again for sure! that's eggyRemove onions from pan and allow to cool in a separate bowl. (**Do not clean pan!), healthy dinner!

    One question -- how did you prevent the brie from oozing out everywhere? Brie is so soft, until cheese melts.8 Remove chicken breasts from skillet and keep warm on a heated platter. Wearing an oven mitt, and they are now two of my favorite recipes I've already made both of them three times.

    These sandwiches were nothing short of amazing! The only problem I had was not mangling the brie but it melts so presentation does not matter all that much when putting the sandwiches together!     I was immediately sold on this recipe for two reasons. 1. brie. and 2. caramelized onions. Are you kidding me?? I should have just named this Caitlin Chicken because it has me written all over it!, about 2 minutes.Bake for 35 to 40 minutes in the preheated oven, about 3-4 minutes.
