    I've been trying to cut out sugar as much as possible ever since I read Deep Nutrition last summer. Recently, chili or burger.I hope this is something you can help with as the 7 week plan sounds an excellent idea! I had just ‘got going' with Keto and my daughters wedding has thrown me off course (hence the need for the detox plan!), so we must get it from our food.
