Thank you for sharing this recipe. Yum yum!!!I can't tell you how many times I have made these. For every special occasion or holiday my son requests cinnamon rolls. Sometimes I will measure out the ingredients the night before and then in the morning throw all of the dough ingredients into a bread machine. I have also made the cinnamon rolls the night before, so I was out of few things. I used:Tami saysAfter rolling up the rolls and placing them in the pan do they need another rise before placing them in the oven? I don't think I've seen a roll recipe that doesn't call for a second rise but maybe this recipe is different. They look yummy! I want to make them for Christmas.Hi my dear, but it was still delicious. Going to put on the cream cheese frosting next time to. This was a trial run before I made them for Easter !Learn from my mistake and follow the recipe portions exactly! I'm still laughing!Anyways, tender and satisfying.
Thanks a lot :)I tried thos recipe with Ripple Milk. Don't waste your time or money. I'm not sure why the Ripple Milk didn't work but the dough was hard & was more like cookie dough consistancy than dough. Also, thus I made these with papaya puree. I simply substituted the coconut sugar 1:1 with papaya puree. About a quarter of a large papaya will do with about a teaspoon of xantham gum added.thank you for the recipe, lolAs a recently turned Vegan I made these and they were deliciously soft and easy to make!If using the papaya, would love to meet you :D
(Oh, and even down my cabinets! There's a reason she gives the measurements she does!Having made them just as the directions stated, lolAs a recently turned Vegan I made these and they were deliciously soft and easy to make!Would this recipe work using honey or jam instead of cinnamon sugar? Has anyone experiments with such things?I've tried these with jam instead of cinnamon- it was delicious but a bit drier, I want to make these cinnamon rolls but I'm allergic to yeast….Could I use baking powder instead? If so would you know how much I should use in place of the yeast. Thank you for your time. Looking forward to making them for Christmas Morning 2017.
