I made this the other night, I'd probably go with 4-6 of the pork shoulders. I made this same recipe a few days in advance last month. I mixed the pork with the BBQ sauce and let it sit in the refrigerator for 2-3 days and then reheated it all together (reserving a little sauce to help a few of the dry spots at the end).
