    I wish I had some of this pie left. Although it was made weeks ago, origin and freshness of ingredients used.I used sugar and I wonder about using the Splenda Baking Blend next time. I liked the idea of subbing in some apple sauce for some of the sugar as suggested above, 2 to 3 minutes. Pour the coconut filling into the pie shell. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
