The fluff has kept me from making this, and more artificial coloring.If you are wondering if this is a lot of sugarit is. You are making candy and one of the principal components of candy is: sugar! If you lower the sugar content it may not work. We orginally tried this recipe with less than ½ cup maple / honey and it failed miserably. We did successfully make it by reducing the honey from 3/4 cup to 1/2 cup, I will post my blog with photos of the marshmallow fluff here because I can't figure out how to post just the photo here.
