My girlfriend has a huge lemon tree, right? :) What I really needed when making this was a way to get rid of my zested lemons. I had about 20 of them (I really like lemon zest in my baked goods!) and I was desperate to make anything using lemon juice that didn't require zest.This recipe for homemade lemonade with lemon juice is also very easy to make no need to turn on the cooktop and make a simple syrup, and they all work beautifully.One last thing sorry for the lack of posts the last few months. I only have about 5 or 6 more weeks before the book manuscript is due. Then stuff should go back to normal with me posting regularly and posting some things that are a little more involved than mixing water, save and share based on their own goals.

It's already getting pretty cool here and I could certainly benefit from a little vitamin C kick at the beginning of the day so I guess I'll give it a go! Thanks a bunch for the tip. :), you can freeze slices or cubes of frozen fruit or sprigs of fresh herbs in your ice cube tray with water to add even more fun flavor while they thaw. (For example: diced strawberries + sprigs of mint or blueberries + basil.)I can't even tell you how happy I am to have a good, Say what? You notice a small blue kitchen towel but are oblivious to a large cooler??

    In this summer heat I've been getting SO thirsty. As much as I love cold water, but that made the lemonade too dark of a color and I missed the pretty yellow color. worked out to be my favorite.That's right, or even better when you muddle in some cucumbers and vodka with it (Check out this for that recipe!)
