convection oven chicken breast recipes

Oven roasted chicken breast is my favorite way to make chicken! It's so easy you can just leave it in there and forget about it for a while. I think that when I oven roast chicken breast it is so much more tasty! I like to cook it all the way through and then cut it up into cube and roll it around in the juices left in the pan and then bake it just a bit longer, and this oven-roasted technique sounds like a must try.I will give your re pie a four since I have not tried it yet as it's still in the oven. Expectations are high! 🙂Made this tonight and it was awesome! Used seasoned breadcrumbs because I didn't have Panko and didn't have Cajun seasoning but it was still so good! I hate mayo so I was a little hesitant but I actually ate a whole chicken breast when I usually only eat half of one! Boyfriend loved it too. We will definitely be making this many more times in the future!Just tried this tonight and it turned out awesome and easy! I thought I was in a pinch without panko crumbs, 35-45 minutes. Use your meat thermometer to make sure your chicken is cooked. Remove from oven and let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy! This chicken turned out AMAZING. Even my 5 year old (who preemptively hates everything) gobbled it up.Roast the chicken uncovered for 30 to 40 minutes. Roast the chicken breast uncovered for 30 to 40 minutes. I know that seems like quite the range, but not the insane amount of smoke 🙁I have been thinking about your comment and I am so sorry you had to eat outside because of the smoke! My only suggestion is to toothpick the butter under the skin better to hold it under. Also use just enough oil to cover your chicken breasts. Depending on their size you can use less or more. The only other thing I can think of is to add a small amount of crumbs to the butter mixture and that will help keep the butter under the skin where it belongs! Hope this helps! Otherwise I am so glad to hear you enjoyed the chicken despite having to eat it outside! Please let me know how it turns out if you try the recipe again! I would love to hear! All the best. Karin

The sugar recipe I am reading calls for baking the cookies 15-20 mins. at 300.I too have a convection oven that I never use even though it has an automatic conversion feature. I tried it when I first got it and really didn't see much difference only it didn't brown as well as the regular oven. I keep saying "I'm going to just use the convection oven" but I never do., please link back to this post. This post may contain affiliate links.
