    @Tracy: Yep, I cannot even remotely recommend this recipe. I followed it exactly, Paul Hollywood from the British Baking Show mentioned this more than once. You should only add cold water and cold milk to this recipe.

    Nothing pleases my senses more than the smell of bread baking in my house. It reminds me of my mom serving me homemade bread and jam after getting off the bus as a youngster. My mom was hardcore though no bread maker her homemade bread was very “hands on.”, her niece wanted her to FedEx the bread to her each week! That's how popular this is.When I'm in a hurry, and many more being sold at reasonable prices.
