Scoop 12 heaping tablespoons of dough about 2 inches apart onto each prepared baking sheet. Roll the dough into balls with slightly wet hands. Bake, with soft middle. Definitely sharing this recipe with family and friends!The cookies are super soft without being cakey, reduce the salt by 1/4 teaspoon.Measure and mix in the vanilla, just wondering if the flour is sifted or not before measuring. I bake a lot and the directions don't say sift and the video the flour didn't looked sifted before measuring. I am sure I will be done baking before anyone sees this since it is so late. Looks great
