First I thought I would take my cake recipe and substitute my homemade Irish cream for the vodka/kahlua. I had a box of yellow cake mix, Currently baking mine now at 300 in a convection over and it wasn't near being done at 45 mins. Just pushed it to 325 to see if that will speed up the process. I agree I would have allowed myself more time if I had known it would take so much longer than the recipe says.Unfortunately, By commenting I offer my full consent to the of A Spicy Perspective. This sounds delicious. Definite error in oven temperature. Mine is still wobbly at 45 minutes and I just calibrated my oven this month. 300 sounds too low for most baking projects, 0 %kms4642dThat's right, chocolate fudge pudding and 1/2 cup creme de menthe + 1/4 cup creme de cacao in the cake plus I stirred in a handful (about 1/3 cup) of Andes (mint) baking pieces. And I used 1/8 cup each creme de menthe and creme de cacao in the glaze. So perfect with the chocolate and mint together.

Make sure to stop and scrape down the sides and bottom of the bowl with a spatula., Preheat your oven to 325°F (162°C).
